How does per-location pricing work?
Each location is priced at the band it falls into, the way tax brackets work. Your eleventh location does not reprice the first ten — it is charged at the lower band, and so is every location after it. Growing never costs you the rate you already have.
Does Lia post replies automatically?
No, and that is deliberate. Lia writes the draft and does the waiting; a person on your team decides what goes public. Anything sensitive is held back and routed to a named person rather than queued with the rest.
Which platforms do you support?
Google Business Profile is core, with Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook, and Reddit available. News coverage and supported article comments are monitored too. We add platforms on request.
